Personal Driver & Office Assistant
Location: Bangsar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:

Keep the company vehicle clean and in good condition at all times.

Plan routes carefully and follow all traffic rules.

Assist with errands such as banking, courier services, and official submissions.

Handle all tasks with professionalism and confidentiality.
-
Deliver, collect, and follow up on documents, parcels, and customs-related follow-up.
Requirements:

Possess a valid driving license with a good driving record.

Able to work flexible hours when required.

Basic communication skills and a professional attitude.

Candidates residing in or near Seremban are preferred.
Benefits

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9.00 a.m. – 6.00 p.m.

Tax Assistant

Support the preparation and submission of tax returns (Form BE, B, P, C, etc.).

Ensure compliance with Income Tax Act 1967 and relevant tax regulations.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for tax records and correspondence.

Liaise with LHDN on tax queries, appeals, and follow-ups.

Assist in tax planning, SST matters, and any related advisory tasks.

Support senior tax staff on day-to-day tax assignments.
Requirements:

Tax Associate

Responsibilities:

Prepare tax computations for individual and corporate clients.

Assist in the preparation and filing of tax returns (Form C, BE, B, P, CP204, CP204A /
CP204B, CP204B, E, M and R etc.). -
Handle correspondence with LHDN and other authorities.
-
Support clients with tax-related queries and documentation.
-
Assist with tax audits and reviews.
-
Maintain proper working papers and ensure compliance with tax regulations.
-
To ensure that clients and employers are in compliance with Internal Revenue Board tax
regulation. -
Assist business with transfer pricing planning and risk management for their cross-border
transactions involving different tax jurisdictions from country to country. -
Understand the client’s business by conducting functional analysis interviews and preparation
of transfer pricing document’s.
Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in tax compliance or related field.

Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, or equivalent.

Strong understanding of Malaysian tax laws and guidelines.

Proficient in tax software and Microsoft Office.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.

Accounts Assistant
Location: Bangsar
Employment Type: Full-Time
Responsibilities:
-
Assist in preparing monthly accounts, financial statements, and management reports.
-
Perform data entry, bookkeeping, and maintain accurate accounting records.
-
Able to handle full set of accounts, including invoice verification, payment processing,
billing, collections, ageing analysis, ledger reconciliation, dispute resolution with suppliers
and customers, and the maintenance of complete and accurate accounting records in
compliance with internal controls and accounting standards. -
Assist with bank reconciliations, invoice processing, and payment preparation.

Support auditors during annual audit processes.

Maintain proper filing of accounting documents.
-
Perform other ad-hoc accounting tasks as required.
Requirements:

Minimum Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

At least 1–2 years of working experience in accounting.

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., SQL, Autocount, or equivalent).

Good understanding of basic accounting principles.
