The Inland Revenue Board of Malaysia (IRBM) has extended the Special Voluntary Disclosure Programme (SVDP) for Stamp Duty for an additional six months. Originally set to end on June 30, 2026, the new deadline to participate and regularize outstanding stamp duty obligations is December 31, 2026.
